How it all started
2011
Charles, Yohann and Yohan met while studying for a Master’s degree at HEC/Télécom ParisTech in 2011.
They worked on case studies, providing concrete responses to strategic issues encountered by major groups.
They realized the untapped potential of students and businesses working together. Studyka was born!
2012
They added 3 new communities: hackers (Hackateam), startups (UpWeStart) and employees.
And with the success of these new communities, Studyka became Agorize! The change better reflects the diversity of its communities of innovators 🚀
2014
Agorize raised $2.6 million from Iris Capital and Capnamic Ventures
2016
Agorize was voted ‘Best Collaborative SaaS Platform’ by French Tech and is among the top 500 most dynamic tech companies as ranked in the Deloitte Technology Fast500.
2018
At the end of the year, Agorize raised $14.5 million
2019
Agorize is an 80-person strong startup that specializes in organizing O2O (Online to Offline) open innovation challenges & hackathons.
The company has organized almost 1000 challenges involving a community of 5 million innovators through its dedicated platform & works with over 200 key account clients.
Agorize comes from “Agora” and “Rise” and empowers companies and people from all over the world through Open innovation Challenges.
